Amazing Fictional Ladies → Hermione Granger (Harry Potter)
↳ “Ultimately, she had a bigger heart than she had a brain, and that’s saying something for Hermione. But was she naturally drawn to battle? No, she wasn’t. She’s not a Bellatrix. She’s not a woman who actually wants to be hurting, fighting, killing. Not at all.” ( - JK Rowling )

Just realised something. Harry threw Ron’s blankets over Hermione and they must have still smelled of him. Hermione probably spent the first night after he left wrapped in his smell and crying over him leaving.

You guise. People need to stop including Lavender Brown amongst the people who died in the Battle of Hogwarts.
She only died in the movie. In the book, Hermione blasted Greyback away before he had a chance to kill Lavender. Although, in fairness, she was already injured, and we were never told what her fate actually was. But the point is we were never explicitly told that she died in the Battle of Hogwarts.

Clearly Professor Lockhart is some sort of child sexual predator…
I just need to point this out again.
Also this:

I love watching YouTube videos dedicated to really random HP pairings and laughing
Hermione/Oliver Wood hahahahahahah
Sometimes I wish I knew absolutely nothing about the lives of the actors in Harry Potter.
When I watch the movies now, half the time I feel like I’m watching, for example, Hermione, and the other half I’m conscious that it’s Emma Watson playing Hermione. I think I just know so much about the actors as people that it inevitably seeps in to how I view them onscreen. It’s nothing to do with their acting abilities, it’s just that, having seen them on the red carpet, or shopping, or leaving the gym, when I look at them, that’s what jumps to mind.
I think the movies would have been a richer experience if I didn’t know the actors. But, then again, if we didn’t know them, we wouldn’t have people to love/admire the way we have the HP actors. :) So it depends on how you look at it, I suppose .
Happy birthday Hermione Jean Granger! thanks for being an inspiration to girls everywhere
